Wendy Thrower is a Charleston native and graduate of the College of Charleston. After spending 10 years in Atlanta, GA and 4 years in Charlotte, NC, Wendy and her husband Jay moved back to their hometown of Charleston in 2014.

During the years away, they spent summers and most holidays in Charleston maintaining strong ties to the community. She began her real estate career during 2005 in Atlanta joining Coldwell Banker and working with some of Buckhead’s finest and largest producing agents. In 2010, Jay’s career took them to Charlotte where Wendy joined the boutique firm of Dickens Mitchener.

After moving back to Charleston, Wendy worked for two leading real estate firms before founding Ann Edward Real Estate in 2023. Wendy and her husband Jay also own Everything Home Charleston which enables her to assist clients with renovation and design in addition to real estate services.

Wendy volunteers her time with several groups including WakeUp Carolina. She also enjoys gardening, playing golf and spending time with her family, friends, and her sweet pups.

A native of Greenwood, SC, Lindy Felix’s love of Charleston began in the mid 1980’s when she met her  husband, Nick, who was then a cadet at The Citadel.  As an undergrad at Clemson, she spent summers in Charleston taking classes at CofC, working at Tommy Condon’s, and spending sunny afternoons on Sullivan’s Island. After earning a Master of Arts in Teaching at USC, Lindy  began a career as a high school teacher in Columbia, SC.  

 

When Nick became a JAG officer in the Marine Corps, they moved to Quantico, VA. and eventually settled in Beaufort, SC. Nick later joined a private law firm on Hilton Head Island where they have lived since 1996.  Lindy resumed her  career at Hilton Head Island High School, where she taught  English IV Honors, Creative Writing, and Theory of Knowledge classes and advised the Zonta club.  An avid sports mom, Lindy traveled extensively with her children Jack, Camille, and Lilla, as they competed in Cross Country, Track, Swimming, and Triathlon in high school and college.

Now, Charleston has called her back. Nick joined a local law firm downtown providing Lindy the opportunity to start a new career in real estate where she can share her knowledge and help guide clients in their search for a property they will love. When not working, Lindy can usually be found exploring the historic peninsula, or spending time with her husband and children who now live on Daniel Island, in Atlanta, and in Bend Oregon.
